5. Right to Notification
If users have requested correction, deletion, or restriction of their data, the controller must notify all recipients of the personal data unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
6. Right to Data Portability
Users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller. This applies if processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

The right to data portability does not apply to the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
7. Right to Object
Users are entitled, for reasons specific to their individual circumstances, to object at any time to the processing of their personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); this right also extends to profiling based on these legal grounds.
The data controller shall cease processing the personal data of users unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the users, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
In instances where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, users possess the right to object to the processing of their personal data for such advertising purposes at any time; this right also encompasses profiling related to direct marketing.
Should users exercise their right to object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, their personal data will no longer be processed for these objectives.
Users may exercise their right to object through automated procedures that utilize technical specifications, in accordance with the use of information society services, notwithstanding Directive 2002/58/EC.
8. Right to Revoke Consent Relating to Data Privacy
Users possess the right to revoke their declaration of consent regarding data privacy at any time. The revocation of consent shall not affect the legality of any processing conducted on the basis of that consent prior to its revocation.
9. Automated Decision-Making on a Case-by-Case Basis, Including Profiling
Users have the right not to be subjected to a decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or significantly affects them in a similar manner. This right does not apply if the decision:
9.1. Is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the user and the Controller;
9.2. Is permissible under EU law or the law of the Member State to which the Controller is subject, provided that such law includes appropriate safeguards for the user’s rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests;
9.3. Is made with the explicit consent of the user.
However, such decisions must not be based on special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9(1) of the GDPR, unless Article 9(2)(a) or (g) applies and appropriate measures have been implemented to protect the user’s rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests.
In the cases outlined in 9.1 and 9.3, the Controller shall implement reasonable measures to safeguard the user’s rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests. These measures shall include, at a minimum, the right to obtain human intervention from the Controller, the opportunity to express their own viewpoint, and the ability to contest the decision.
